Rwandan haute cuisine

You've all read my writings about goat brochettes and ibitoke; well here's a picture I've lifted from Irene's blog to show you what they look like. Succulent (well, more or less) lumps of chewy goat and green plantain bananas boiled in a sauce (fairly tasteless, actually, but they don't half fill you up.
