Birthday boy!

Today is Claude's birthday. he's only 32! We surprised him at just before seven o'clock in the mornign with a birthday cake and card....


It's not usual in Rwanda to bring in cake for somebody's birthday; Claude was giggling when we produced paper plates, forks and started sharing the cake with everyone in the office.


The mayor's secretary came in so we gave her some as well, and also the vice mayor....
