E P Ngoma at playtime. Beyond any doubt, in terms of buildings this is one of the absolute best schools in the District. It's also on a windy hilltop, but the views are stunning through about 270 degrees. If this was a hotel you could charge the earth just for the panorama!

E P Cukiro in the wilds of Nyarusange. Another modern school. It's only about 20 miles from Gitarama but feels a million miles away, lost deep in the hills. It's the middle of lunchtime and most children have gone home to eat.
