Bruce's Rwanda blog: This is my attempt at a blog diary of my two years in Rwanda as District Education Adviser for Muhanga. At the moment I'm being used as a school inspector, concentrating on primary schools; as an advisor in all aspects of education; and giving help with the statistical analysis of performance data for the district. Just as importantly, I'm having the time of my life out here!!Please note that the views and opinions in the blog are mine and don't necessarily reflect those of VSO
